How can I cancel my subscription?When you are a Preferred Customer with a product subscription, you can fully edit or cancel your subscription by logging in to your Live Ultimate account. Simply go to www.liveultimateoffice.com and log in with your username and password. Then, go to Auto-Orders on the left-hand side menu and either click Edit to make changes to your subscription or Cancel to cancel future orders.

How can I change the duration of my subscription and make it bi-weekly/quarterly?Simply go to www.liveultimateoffice.com and log in with your username and password. Then, go to Auto Orders on the left-hand side menu and click Edit to make changes to your subscription. Using the drop-down menu on the top, select your subscription frequency to Monthly, Bi-Monthly (every 60 days), or Quarterly (every 90 days). Make sure to save your changes at the bottom of the page.

How can I put my subscription on hold for a month?Preferred Customers are not able to put subscriptions on hold. However, you can skip as many months as you would like or simply change your subscription to your desired date in the future. Simply go to www.liveultimateoffice.com and log in with your username and password. Then, go to Auto-Orders on the left-hand side menu and click Edit to make changes to your subscription.
