My credit card was declined, how can I update my information and place my order?Our system will automatically send you an email letting you know that your card declined and a link on where you can update it! Alternatively, you can email us at contact@liveultimate.com and we are happy to send you a secure link. If you have a subscription, you can click on your secure managment link and update your card information. The system will send you a secure link to your email in order to do so.

How can I cancel my subscription?You can click on your secure subscription management link sent to you after you placed your order and skip, change the date, cancel as well as add and delete products! You can contact us via live chat or at contact@liveultimate.com and we are happy to eamil you the secure link to the email on file.

How can I put my subscription on hold for a month?All our subscriptions are monthly, as we believe you shoudl Never Miss A Day! You can manage your subscription using your secure link that was emailed to you when you placed your subscription order. It is a good idea to bookmark this in your browser for instant access! We do not have a hold or pause option, but you can click on the DATE of your next order and that will open up a calender.

I did not realize I was subscribed, and I got an email stating my card was charged?If you clicked SUBSCRIBE & SAVE to get the best pricing, you entered into a contract for a monthly subscription. Our website will ask you to check off a confirmation that you are entering into a monthly charge that can be cancelled at any time. Please email us at contact@liveultimate.com to help you cancel your subscription or simply click on the secure link that was sent to you when you signed up for the subscription.

Can I change the frequency that I receive my auto-order?Hi, all our subscriptions are for 30 days as we think its important for your healht to Never Miss A Day! You can always manage your subscription and change it as you wish manually by using the secure subscription link that was emailed to you at the time of your subscription. You can change the date you receive your order at any time via your link.

How do I update my credit card on file?Click on your secure subscription managment link that was sent via email when you first subscribed (please check your spam file if you did not receive it). Click on the billing option and the system will send you a secure link to update your credit card information. If you cannot find your link, you can create a Live Ultimate account here, using the same email address used for your subscription and you will see the option to manage your subscription there!
