Refunds are initiated as soon as returned items are received at our warehouse. You will see the credit to your card withing 3-5 business days, depending on the credit card used. I emailed to cancel my subscription and I still got charged, how can I get a refund?Our Customer Service has a 24 hour response time for emails. Our system sends you a notice 3 days before your subscription will be charged as per your subscription agreement. We are happy to cancel your subscription and refund you once the package is received back at our warehouse.
