We accept returns of unopened product within 30 days of your order. To initiate a return, please reach out to our Customer Service via email at contact@liveultimate.com. Refunds are initiated as soon as returned items are received at our warehouse. You will see the credit to your card withing 3-5 business days, depending on the credit card used. If your item is opened and you wish to return it, please reach out to us and we are happy to assist you!

Our Customer Service has a 24 hour response time for emails. Our system sends you a notice 3 days before your subscription will be charged as per your subscription agreement. We are happy to cancel your subscription and refund you once the package is received back at our warehouse.
