How can I make sure my discount was applied to my recent order?You can simply check the invoice that was sent to your email. If you have successfully used a code, it will show in the invoice.

Where is my order?Every customer receives an email with tracking information as soon as the order ships from our warehouse. Please note that our economy and FREE Shipping carrier transit time is 3-5 business days. Orders received after 3pm ET go out the next business day. If you have an additional question or it's been past the delivery date, please contact us via email at contact@liveultimate.com or on Live Chat, it may mean the carrier has lost the package.
