How can I cancel the order?We start processing orders as soon as you authorize the transaction, so unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders. To receive a refund, you can either reject the delivery from the carrier or return the package to Miami Beach Headquarters at 1691 Michigan Avenue. Suite 310, Miami Beach FL 33139. Once your package is received, we will process the refund and you will see it back on your card within 3-5 business days.

How can I make sure my Ambassador received credit for my order?Make sure to always use the correct link for your Ambassador when purchasing products. Each Ambassador has a unique link that starts with www.liveultimate.com/ (their unique website name here). Additionally, you will see their image and their name on the top right-hand side of the website.

How can I make sure my discount was applied to my recent order?You can simply check the invoice that was sent to your email. If you have successfully used a code, it will show in the invoice.

My credit card was declined, how can I update my information and place my order?If you are a Preferred Customer with a subscription, you can manage your account at www.liveultimateoffice.com with your username and password. If your card was declined and you want to use the same card for a new transaction, simply go to Auto-Orders on the left side menu and change the date of your next order either to the present day or any future date. If you want to replace your card on file, then first go to Payment Methods on the left side menu then either change the card or add a new one.

The carrier states my order was delivered but I cannot locate my order. What can I do?We recommend customers to reach out to the carrier asking for proof of delivery.
