Our system will automatically send you an email letting you know that your card declined and a link on where you can update it! Alternatively, you can email us at contact@liveultimate.com and we are happy to send you a secure link.
If you have a subscription, you can click on your secure managment link and update your card information. The system will send you a secure link to your email in order to do so. If you cannot find your link, you can create a Live Ultimate account here, using the same email address used for your subscription and you will see the option to manage your subscription there!
If you used ShopPay as your processor vs just using your credit card to check out, then you will need to reach out to Shop Pay for assistance.
