I emailed to cancel my subscription and I still got charged, how can I get a refund?

Our Customer Service has a 24 hour response time for emails. Our system sends you a notice 3 days before your subscription will be charged as per your subscription agreement. We are happy to cancel your subscription and refund you once the package is received back at our warehouse. Please send unopened items to:
