How can I find my username?

Your username is the email address you used at check-out or when you subscribed! If you do not remember your email address, please contact us at contact@liveultimate.com or via Live Chat.

PLEASE NOTE:  

If you are referecning a subscription, you will have to activate your account before the system will recognize your email. You can do so using the email sent to you when you subscribed or you can contact us at contact@liveultimate.com or visit our website and Live Chat with us during out CS hours and we are happy to resend you the activation link.
