How can I cancel my order?

We start processing orders as soon as you authorize the transaction, so unfortunately we may not be able to catch and cancel orders if they have already been processed and picked up by the shipping carrier.  Please live chat or email us at contact@liveultimate.com before 2:30pm ET so we may contact our warehouse to search for your package and retrieve it before the carrier picks is up for the day. We will do all we can to attempt retieval.
