Can I add an additional product to my auto-order?Yes. Log in to your account using the username and password you created. In the left-hand side menu, click on AUTO ORDERS. Then, click the EDIT button next to the product you wish to add, along with the amount.

Can I cancel my auto-order?Yes. Log in to your account using the username and password you created. In the left-hand side menu, click on AUTO ORDERS. Then, click the CANCEL button next to the product you wish to cancel.

Can I change the frequency that I receive my auto-order?Yes. Log in to your account using the username and password you created. In the left-hand side menu, click on AUTO ORDERS. Then, click the EDIT button next to the product you wish to modify. At the very top, you will see that you can change the frequency as well as the day.

I signed up as a Preferred Customer during a promotion, how can I make changes?If you signed up during a promotion, the system will auto-generate a username for you and email you to create your password. Once created, you can click AUTO ORDERS from the left-hand side menu and then click on the ADD, CANCEL or EDIT to modify your subscription.
