My credit card was declined, how can I update my information and place my order?
If you are a Preferred Customer with a subscription, you can manage your account at www.liveultimateoffice.com with your username and password.
If your card was declined and you want to use the same card for a new transaction, simply go to Auto-Orders on the left side menu and change the date of your next order either to the present day or any future date.
If you want to replace your card on file, then first go to Payment Methods on the left side menu then either change the card or add a new one. After, you can go to Auto-Orders and select either the present day or future date to process your order.
If you are a Preferred Customer, simply try placing your order again with a different card or call your bank if you would like to use the same.
