How can I cancel my subscription?

 When you are a Preferred Customer with a product subscription, you can fully edit or cancel your subscription by logging in to your Live Ultimate account. Simply go to www.liveultimateoffice.com and log in with your username and password. Then, go to Auto-Orders on the left-hand side menu and either click Edit to make changes to your subscription or Cancel to cancel future orders.
